CES 2026

The global consumer electronics extravaganza, CES (Consumer Electronics Show), was held in Las Vegas. The latest news from the show confirms that Chinese companies formed a formidable contingent, collectively showcasing their full-stack innovation capabilities and systematic industrial competitiveness across multiple cutting-edge fields such as robotics, smart vehicles, consumer electronics, and AR/VR, becoming a focal point of the exhibition.

Full-Stack Robotics Capability Highlights, Industrialization Accelerates

The robotics exhibition area was the core zone where Chinese companies demonstrated their hardcore strength, presenting a complete innovation chain from core components and whole-machine design to scenario-based solutions. Among the total of 38 humanoid robot exhibitors, Chinese companies occupied 21 spots, with multiple products making their global debut, significantly impacting the global robotics industry.

Dobot released the world’s first home AI agent robot, Rover X1, which integrates deep AI with practical functions such as a dual-vision tracking system and an all-terrain wheel-leg structure. Deep Robotics showcased the upgraded Jueying X30 series and the wheel-legged robot M20 Pro, emphasizing exceptional balance capabilities in complex terrains. Agile Robots simultaneously exhibited multi-form robots for different scenarios, including the Lingxi X2 (for bionic interaction), Yuanzheng A2 (for commercial services), and Jingling G2 (for home and research applications). X Dynamics brought its flagship humanoid robots, X Dynamics L7 and Q5, demonstrating the latest progress in bipedal stable walking and whole-body coordinated control.

In the field of core components, Chinese companies achieved key breakthroughs. Zhaowei Machinery & Electronics globally premiered its new-generation 20-degree-of-freedom dexterous hand, whose independent motion degrees of freedom and load capacity (20kg) lead the mainstream industry level. Lingyi iTech (ZhuHai) made its first appearance at CES, demonstrating its full-stack embodied intelligence capabilities covering core components, hardware manufacturing, and scenario implementation, including robot skeletons, 16-degree-of-freedom dexterous hands, and heterogeneous multi-robot systems.

Beyond robotics, Chinese companies also presented cutting-edge achievements in numerous industrial sectors.

  • Smart Vehicles: Geely Auto Group showcased the latest Zeekr series electric vehicles, the Shen Dun “Golden Brick” battery, the Flyme Auto intelligent cockpit system, and its “All-domain AI” technology system. It also officially announced the English brand name “G-ASD” for its advanced driving assistance system and its latest plans. Great Wall Motor participated under the theme “GO With More Life,” displaying its full powertrain technology matrix, VLA driving assistance system, and several new energy models.
  • Display & Home Appliances: Ahead of the show, Hisense officially launched its new generation of RGB-Mini LED display technology, setting new industry peaks in color gamut (110% BT.2020) and light-color control precision. Changhong brought a series of innovative AI home appliance products that integrate “AI technology + Eastern wisdom.” Domestic smart lock brand Loock introduced the Lockin V7 Max, touted as “the world’s first mass-produced true AI smart lock with over-the-air charging for unlimited battery life.”
  • Consumer Electronics: Accessories brand Ugreen showcased new product categories including security cameras and doorbells, designed for future integration with its own NAS storage devices. The smart glasses segment was particularly noteworthy: RayNeo Innovation exhibited “RayNeo X3 Pro Project eSIM,” claimed to be the first consumer-grade AR glasses with true independent communication capability via eSIM; XGIMI launched a new AI smart glasses brand “MemoMind” and its flagship product at the show; INMO Technology displayed its full range of smart glasses products with a complete in-house technology stack from optical display to AI interaction; XREAL launched upgraded entry-level products and announced a deeper, long-term strategic partnership with Google to further promote Android XR development.

According to data from the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), 207 Chinese companies participated in this year’s CES, with a net exhibition area exceeding 4,900 square meters. Among them, over 120 were small and medium-sized tech enterprises in fields such as artificial intelligence, smart wearables, and smart homes, demonstrating the vigorous vitality of China’s technological innovation and its deepening participation in globalization.
