2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services: Yuncoji Technology’s “Robot Task Force” Debuts

On September 10th, the 2025 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) kicked off in Beijing. This year, the CIFTIS Press Center has a notable “difference”: it’s been boosted by special “silicon-based partners”. The world’s first intelligent service entity for press centers, co-developed by Beijing Yuncoji Technology was officially launched.

The implementation and application of this intelligent service cluster—composed of embodied intelligence (robots) and disembodied intelligence (AI systems)—marks three major leaps for service robots: a transition from “single-machine intelligence” to the new stage of “swarm intelligence”; a shift from single-functionality to integrated multi-service capabilities; and an expansion from standardized scenarios like hotels and factories to large-scale event public spaces. It provides nearly 100 media organizations with an unprecedented intelligent service experience.

At the CIFTIS Press Center, Yuncoji Technology’s core products—the multi-modal robot UP and the AI intelligent entity application system HDOS—form a well-coordinated “Robot Task Force”. UP acts as the agile “hands and feet”, responsible for on-site execution; HDOS, meanwhile, serves as the intelligent “brain”, providing overall cloud-based command. Together, they create a true intelligent service entity capable of thinking and making decisions.

Notably, this is no ordinary robot that merely repeats commands—it is a “service intelligent entity” that can perceive its environment in real time, understand needs, and make independent decisions. At the CIFTIS Press Center, it offers services such as patrol-based water delivery, intelligent cleaning, and AI photography. What sets Yuncoji Technology’s service intelligent entity apart from ordinary robots is that it does not just execute commands; instead, it achieves a complete “perception-thinking-action” loop, making robotic services smarter and more thoughtful.

Cross-Industry and Multi-Scenario Implementation

Yuncoji Technology’s independently developed AI intelligent entity application system HDOS—one of the industry’s first truly implemented “service intelligent entity” systems—has expanded the innovative “AI + embodied intelligence” model from hotel scenarios to diverse settings including factories, hospitals, buildings, and apartments. Through a full-link closed-loop workflow and multi-device ecological interconnection, this system achieves deep integration between offline service scenarios and online digital capabilities.

Take the hotel scenario as an example: HDOS acts as an invisible “digital butler”, seamlessly connecting every link of in-stay services—from responding to guest requests to cleaning inspections. It gradually drives hotels toward a phased evolution of “service automation – operational digitalization – business intelligence”.

Among its features: the digital human Yuni responds to guest needs in real time through natural dialogue, providing 24/7 in-room services; the Process Management Expert module monitors service progress in real time and intelligently dispatches tasks to ensure every service is completed accurately and on time; the Operation Assistant automatically generates data reports, intelligently identifies and even predicts customer complaints, helping managers make precise decisions; the Office Assistant supports practical functions such as real-time translation and intelligent document processing, significantly improving work efficiency; and the AIoT Assistant, acting like the system’s “neural network”, connects various devices and information platforms through IoT technology, breaking down data silos to achieve true integrated automated operations.

Room service robot

Today, this mature intelligent entity system is moving beyond hotel scenarios to serve large-scale public settings like the CIFTIS Press Center. HDOS has demonstrated strong adaptability here: optimizing multi-robot collaboration through intelligent dispatching and enhancing service experiences via digital human interaction—proving its ability to be implemented across industries and scenarios.

Yuncoji Technology displayed information about the latest robot at the CIFTIS Press Center not only serves as strong validation of its “embodied intelligence + disembodied intelligence” dual-engine model but also showcases China’s capabilities in service robot intelligent entity development, systematization, and scenario integration to the world. Looking ahead, Yuncoji Technology will delve into more complex scenarios, accelerating the arrival of a new era of intelligent services where “silicon-based partners” collaborate with humans. Its goal is to make intelligent services truly omnipresent—unobtrusive yet thoughtful.
